Congratulations to Rick Smith and the team at Rigidized Metals on Ohio Street as they celebrate their 75th year in business! Given the incredible changes our area has seen since 1940, that’s quite an achievement. But as many of you may know, Rigidized is much more than just a business. Rick Smith, the third generation president of Rigidized, has been a community boosters for years championing and closely associated with Silo City, Buffalo River Fest and public art, among other things. So next time you see him going by in his signature cowboy hat, congratulate him on Rigidized’s longevity and thank him for everything he and company do for our area.
