• Helped an Erie County printing company successfully complete a customer’s operational qualification for its product line. Qualification allowed the company to retain the medical device manufacturer as a customer and to increase sales by quoting for new work for this customer.
• Helped a Southern Tier building supplies manufacturer improve labor-costing estimates for each of its major product lines to increase sales and profitability.
• Helped an Erie County packaging manufacturer proactively address ergonomic and safety concerns to provide a consistently safe working environment, avoid potential OSHA fines, and reduce lost-time accidents.
• Facilitated the development and implementation of an actionable sales and marketing strategy to help an Erie County R&D company commercialize its product.
• Provided Lean Six Sigma training and implementation assistance to a Buffalo plastics manufacturer to reduce variation in its manufacturing processes and create a foundation for a sustainable Lean Six Sigma culture.
• Guided the development of a positioning strategy and plan to increase sales by penetrating new market segments for an Erie County metals manufacturer.
• Helped an Erie County materials manufacturer develop and implement an ISO 9001:2008 quality management system for a new product line that will exceed a major customer’s quality standards. The quality system will help company penetrate $140 million global market.
• Performed a comprehensive operational assessment of a Niagara County materials manufacturer to identify opportunities for continued growth and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepared a Chautauqua County metal fabricator for an audit conducted by a key customer to test the company’s performance relative to the customer’s performance and sustainability metrics.
• Delivered IT management training to a Niagara County custom manufacturer to establish an effective ERP system and elevate the level of internal IT support for the company.
