On Monday, May 18th at his daily press briefing, held in Buffalo, Governor Cuomo announced that Western New York had met the criteria for Phase I re-opening starting on Tuesday, May 19th. That means that manufacturing and construction business can begin to re-open once they have plans in place to re-open safely. See more here.
