In order to complete the documentation portion of the audit we can create a mechanism for the company to upload their documents into a secure folder from which we can read the documents. This folder can also be used to upload any records that can be used as objective evidence. Other ways objective evidence can be obtained would be through audio or visual interviews with personnel, utilizing phones for photos / video or sharing of desktops.
As with any audit, an eAudit is a sampling to insure that the company is following their stated procedures and meeting the requirements of the certified standard. At the conclusion of any audit, eAudit or on-site, we will provide you with a comprehensive summarized report of the findings.
