Buffalo, NY – Insyte Consulting, a non-profit management consulting organization that primarily works with manufacturers, is pleased to announce that it has hired Ryan Case as a Business Development Manager and has added Dr. Alan Rae to its Board of Directors. They join the team as Insyte Consulting prepares to move to the Northland Corridor this Fall.
Ryan will be driving new business development in Southern Erie, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties to further Insyte’s work with manufacturers to help them be more competitive using tools like Technology Roadmapping; New Product Development; Strategic Planning; Lean Six Sigma; and Sales & Marketing.
Prior to joining the Insyte Consulting team, Ryan was a Sales Engineer for RTP Company and he also worked in business development roles at Polymer Conversions Inc. and General Electric, as well as global sourcing at Bausch & Lomb. He earned his B.S. and M.S. in Plastics Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and his M.B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Insyte’s newest Board member, Dr. Alan Rae, is the Director at University at Buffalo’s NYS Center of Excellence in Materials Informatics (CMI). The CMI connects companies to materials innovation to address materials challenges by developing breakthrough technologies, enhancing current research and development activities to discover new materials and processing methods. Both Insyte and CMI work frequently with Buffalo Manufacturing Works. Dr. Rae is a well-known leader in our region who has both corporate and economic development experience.
