  • Helped a Chautauqua County manufacturer transition from the TS 16949 quality standard to the new IATF 16949 automotive quality standard and obtain certification.
  • Defined the requirements for a barcoding system to complement an Erie County automotive parts manufacturer’s ERP system to support projected annual revenue growth of 50% over the next three years and improve inventory management and labor utilization.
  • Developed a sales growth plan to help a Niagara County food producer maximize sales over the next five years and evaluate opportunities for new product and market growth.
  • Facilitated the board and staff of an Erie County nonprofit in developing a written strategic plan with a clear mission statement, strategic goals and objectives, progress reporting and measurement system, and planning process for the future.
  • Implemented an ISO 9001:2015- compliant quality system to help a Chautauqua County industrial equipment manufacturer retain an estimated $2 million in annual revenue and support future sales growth from customers requiring certification.
  • Helped the owners of a Niagara County custom equipment manufacturer assess their business situation and develop a value stream proposition and strategy for presentation to potential buyers.
  • Identified and prioritized process and IT-related improvement opportunities to increase office efficiency and available time for sales activity in the Erie County headquarters of an international audio equipment manufacturer.
  • Developed a sales and marketing strategy to assist an Allegany County contract manufacturer in rebranding and differentiating itself from competitors to grow sales.
  • Helped an Erie County fastening manufacturer optimize its order and inventory management process to increase turns and reduce storage space.
  • Upgraded an Erie County precision metal products manufacturer’s quality system to the current ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 Rev D standards to prepare the company for certification and retain its customer base.
