- Defined the requirements for a barcoding system to complement an Erie County automotive parts manufacturer’s ERP system to support projected annual revenue growth of 50% over the next three years and improve inventory management and labor utilization.
- Developed a sales growth plan to help a Niagara County food producer maximize sales over the next five years and evaluate opportunities for new product and market growth.
