  • Developed a market and competitive positioning strategy to differentiate a Chautauqua County high-precision grinder from its competition to grow sales by 33% and reduce reliance on a small number of large accounts.
  • Provided information technology expertise and assistance to a Buffalo metals fabricator in the development of a RFP document soliciting a replacement for the company’s current business system.
  • Prepared an Erie County packaging manufacturer for an upcoming food product safety audit based on HACCP standards.
  • Used Six Sigma’s DMAIC methodology to help an Allegany County powder coatings manufacturer resolve a customer’s quality issue involving the use of multiple suppliers for the same material. The project should help the company become the customer’s sole source for supplying this material.
  • Created current and desired future-state value maps for an Erie County aerospace manufacturer to improve the internal workflows of its supply chain contracting process.
  • Helped an Erie County contract manufacturer implement a quality management system prior to a required ISO 9001:2008 certification audit. Certification provides the company with the ability to attract new customers and retain customers that require vendor certification.
  • Completed risk management documentation, aligned with current ISO 13485 procedures, for several products for an Erie County plastics manufacturer.
  • Prepared a Cattaraugus County manufacturer for a future food product safety audit, with the goal to achieve a satisfactory rating based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards.
  • Analyzed the current and proposed capacity and material handing requirements for the production lines of a Buffalo contract manufacturer and recommended improvements for restructuring the lines to allow for the inclusion of a potential new product.
  • Introduced elements of Standardized Work using the Training Within Industry (TWI) methodology and Lean Six Sigma principles to lock in continuous improvement gains at a Chautauqua County plastics manufacturer.
  • Helped improve an Erie County precision metal stamper’s trade show presence, literature and website to attract new sales prospects, improve sales close rates, and ultimately increase revenues.
