Our condolences to the family of John B. Drenning who passed away on March 2. Insyte Consulting had the honor of having Mr. Drenning serve on our Board of Directors as Corporate Secretary from 1991 until he stepped down in 2013. Mr. Drenning was a well-respected member of the WNY legal community and his passing is a great loss for our area. He brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Board. During his career he was a partner at the three firms where he worked — Moot & Sprague; Phillips, Lytle, Hitchock, Blaine & Huber; and Hodgson Russ. Mr. Drenning also served on the Board of Directors for Astronics Corporation, was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Moog Inc., served as Corporate Secretary to Acme Electric Corporation, and was a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary to Mod-Pac Corporation. We will miss his wisdom, sense of humor, knowledge of WNY’s manufacturing community, and his dedication to our mission.
