DECEMBER’S BUFFALO ISM INDEX MIRRORS NATIONAL NUMBERS

The Institute of Supply Management – Buffalo’s PMI Index for December came in at 57.4 indicating area manufacturing was still expanding at the end of 2014, albeit at a slower pace than November.  Only the Employment Index at 39.4 showed contraction while Production at 61.8, New Orders at 66.9 and Deliveries at 58.5 were all increasing.  See the full report here: BuffaloISM_December2014
