Bolster Your Maintenance Team with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

July 24, 2025 | 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Do you find that you’re performing more repairs with a smaller, less experienced maintenance staff?
Does it feel like your equipment is in control of you, rather than you being in control of your equipment?
Is your day one long string of fixing breakdowns and fire drills?

It doesn’t have to be that way.

Today, manufacturers are experiencing and suffering from a lack of qualified maintenance candidates and a “Silver Tsunami” of retirements of their skilled craftspeople. Today’s machinery is much more complex requiring much more focused maintenance attention and technical competence. The additional time in the new supply chain for spare parts is increasing and customers, shareholders and employees require better safety, quality, delivery and cost.

A great untapped resource companies have are their machine operators, and a Total Productive Maintenance program can unleash their skills and knowledge!
