INSYTE CONSULTING ANNOUNCES THREE NEW BOARD MEMBERS

Buffalo, NY – Insyte Consulting, a non-­profit management consulting organization that primarily works with manufacturers, has named three new members to its board of directors. All will serve three-­year terms beginning in 2013.

Louis P. Panzica – Panzica is the President and CEO of Power Drives, Inc., a Buffalo-­based manufacturer of components for power and automation systems. He joined the company in 2001 as Chief Operating Officer. He is also a member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Executive Committee and the Dream It Do It initiative. He graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a B.A. in accounting.

Steven F. Calzi – Calzi is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eastman Machine Company, a Buffalo-based fabric cutting machine manufacturer. Calzi has been with Eastman for more than ten years. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance at Danaher Corporation. He earned a M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a B.A. in accounting and financial administration from Michigan State University.

Kenneth P. Friedman – Friedman is an attorney at Hodgson Russ and is the leader of the firm’s Business Practice Area and its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He is a member of the board of governors for the Shaw Festival and a trustee of the Buffalo History Museum. In 2013, he was recognized with the 2013 National Federation of Just Communities of Western New York Citation Award. He earned his B.A. from the University of Rochester and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh Law School.

Officers of the Board of Directors for 2013 are: Dr. Thomas P. Stewart, Chairman; Kenneth P. Friedman, Secretary; Stephen T. LoVullo, Treasurer.

Earlier this year Insyte announced that it helped its manufacturing clients reach $1 Billion in economic impact in Western New York.
