BUFFALO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SUBJECT OF UPBEAT ARTICLE IN NYTIMES

An article in the July 31, 2013 Real Estate Section of the NYTimes describes Buffalo’s construction boom, particularly on the Buffalo-Niagara Medical Campus. Over $750 million in investment and over 1.3 million square feet of building projects are described in glowing terms as the author opines “It has been a long time since people felt anything about Buffalo’s downtown other than dismay.” In an interesting coincidence, the lead picture features a tango dance group to which our own Sharon Hilts belongs. Read the article here.
