Bucking the state and national trend, Buffalo Niagara manufacturing expanded modestly in November according to recent figures from the Institute of Supply Management – Buffalo. Production, New Orders and Employment were all up, indicating growth in November, while the national ISM numbers and the Empire State Manufacturing Survey both showed a contraction in manufacturing for the nation and New York State, respectively.
