BUFFALO MANUFACTURING POSITIVE FOR SECOND MONTH

The October PMI Index from the Institute of Supply Management – Buffalo is 51.9, indicating some expansion in area manufacturing.  The Index is down three points from September’s PMI Index of 54.9, but is still positive.  In particular, New Orders grew with an October reading of 56.3 up from 50.0 in September.  See the full report here: BuffaloISM_October2016
