  • Trained front line and office supervisors from a Niagara County manufacturer in supervisory skills to improve communication and enhance productivity and morale for the workforce.
  • Helped a Buffalo medical device manufacturer develop a sales and marketing plan to pursue new markets and channels, such as retail, food processing and government, to grow sales at an annual compounded growth rate of 10% while maintaining a mix of 55% distributor to 45% private label sales.

  • Developed an aggressive sales plan to stem declining sales and achieve double-digit sustainable growth for an Erie County industrial electronics control manufacturer.
  • Rebalanced a specific production line for a Lancaster manufacturer of cooling and heat exchange products to achieve a 20% increase in manufacturing efficiency.
  • Trained the workforce of a Tonawanda custom manufacturer in the concepts of Standardized Work using the TWI (Training Within Industry) methodology for Job Instructions (JI) and Job Relations (JR).
  • Trained employees of a Tonawanda food manufacturer in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) concepts in order to develop a prioritized list of improvement recommendations and a plan to implement those recommendations.
