INSIGHTS: SPRING 2017 — POSTER: LARKINVILLE

For the Spring 2017 issue, we decided to look right in our own backyard, with an aerial shot of Larkinville, the neighborhood redevelopment of the city’s historic hydraulics manufacturing district, once home to the Larkin Company and Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary Larkin Administration. Insyte’s offices are located in the beautiful Larkin at Exchange building, the anchor to this neighborhood.

We worked with local photographer Scott Balzer and used a drone camera to capture this image of a busy evening here in Larkinville, where food trucks, live musicians and attendees from all over Western New York come to enjoy the summer season. We love the confluence of business, commerce, entertainment, restaurants and bars, and civic development in our neighborhood, and are proud to call this our home.

Paired with a quote from Apple co-founder, the late Steve Jobs, who said, “If you look really closely, most overnight successes take a long time,” this image helps us appreciate all the hard work that continues to go into Larkinville’s success story.
