  • Developed a sales and marketing strategy to help a Wyoming County electrical manufacturer diversify into new markets to expand its business.
  • Helped an Erie County pressure sensor supplier to the aerospace and automotive industries upgrade to the ISO 9001:2015 standard to retain existing business and attract new clients that require the certification.
  • Worked with a Wyoming County tubing manufacturer to instill lean manufacturing concepts to improve the overall performance of the specific product line.
  • Assisted in developing an ISO 9001:2015 compliant quality management system for a Buffalo equipment manufacturer to improve operations and prepare the company for customer audits.
  • Updated and augmented Standard Operating Procedures for the Construction Business Unit of a large multinational company based in Erie County.
  • Performed a gap analysis of a Cattaraugus County food manufacturer’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program in preparation for a third party safety audit.
  • Trained a subset of an Erie County medical products manufacturer’s workforce in concepts of root cause analysis to provide the framework for correcting quality and process wastes, thereby reducing scrap/rework costs.
  • Helped an Erie County newspaper printer develop a replenishment system for purchasing raw materials by analyzing usage, and establishing reorder points and quantities.
  • Assisted an Erie County supplier to the automotive industry with upgrading its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • Prepared a Wyoming County casting manufacturer for ISO 9001:2008/AS9100 Rev C recertification audit.
  • Trained a Niagara County electronics manufacturer in Product Jurisdiction and Classification to ensure disclosure documents for the State Department are completed correctly and products are classified according to export regulations.
  • Helped a Niagara County electronics manufacturer convert its current ISO 9001:2008 quality system to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard to retain approximately $5,000,000 in current business dependent on ISO compliance.
